What are the different membership tiers?

We offer three membership tiers to fit different travel needs:

  • Explorer (FREE): $0 upfront + $0/month

    • Save up to 30% on hotels
  • Adventurer: $598 upfront + $4.99/month (monthly billing starts 6 months after purchase)
    • 3 vacation booking credits for discounted condo stays

    • Up to 30% off hotels through our booking portal
    • Access to our global network of accommodation partners
  • Voyager: $1,198 upfront + $4.99/month (monthly billing starts 6 months after purchase)

What are vacation booking credits?

Vacation booking credits provide platform access to book discounted 7-night condo stays through our partner network. Each credit unlocks exclusive member rates for one booking at participating properties worldwide. Adventurer members receive 3 credits (each good for a 7-night stay), while Voyager members enjoy unlimited credits. Think of credits as "access keys" to unlock special rates through our booking platform. All bookings are subject to supplier availability and terms. Accommodations and payments are processed directly by third-party travel providers.

What is the Rose Collection?

The Rose Collection is an exclusive benefit for Voyager members, offering premium booking rights with expanded inventory options through our platform. This gives our top-tier members access to an enhanced selection of luxury accommodations at member-only rates.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! Our Explorer tier is completely free with no upfront cost and no monthly fees. For our paid tiers (Adventurer and Voyager), monthly billing doesn't begin until 6 months after your purchase, giving you plenty of time to explore member benefits and book your first trips.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. The upfront membership fee is non-refundable, and no refunds are provided for partial months. Upon cancellation, any unused booking credits become inactive. Voyager members with pending affiliate commissions will receive their final commission payment according to standard payout schedules.

Can I upgrade my membership tier?

Yes! You can upgrade your membership tier at any time by contacting our support team. You'll pay the difference in upfront fees and begin enjoying the enhanced benefits immediately. Be sure to ask about any promotions or discounts available during upgrade. When upgrading from Adventurer to Voyager, you immediately receive unlimited booking credits with enhanced platform access.

Bookings & Reservations

How do I book a hotel?

Simply log in to your account, search for your destination and dates, browse available properties from our inventory of 2.5 million hotels worldwide, and complete your booking. You'll receive an instant confirmation via email with all your reservation details.

How do I use my vacation booking credits?

Log in to your account and access the vacation booking portal. Use your credits to unlock exclusive member rates at participating properties worldwide. Booking is subject to availability and supplier terms. We recommend booking early, especially for popular destinations and peak travel times. All bookings are fulfilled directly by our partner suppliers.

Can non-members book through my account?

All paid memberships (Adventurer and Voyager) can be used for both personal and business purposes. You can book for yourself, your immediate family members (spouse/partner, children, parents, siblings), or for clients if operating as a travel agent. Adventurer members can book for clients on a case-by-case basis, while Voyager members get full business tools and affiliate commission tracking. Explorer (free) members are limited to personal use only.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary by booking type:

  • Hotel bookings: Subject to each individual hotel's cancellation policy, which will be clearly displayed before you complete your booking
  • Vacation credit bookings: Subject to supplier cancellation policies
  • Promotional packages: Can be cancelled up to 7 days before travel; cancellations within 7 days result in forfeiture of all fees paid

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for all bookings.

How far in advance can I book?

  • Hotel bookings: Available in real-time based on hotel availability, from same-day to far in advance
  • Vacation credit bookings: Based on availability; popular destinations and peak times book quickly
  • Promotional packages: Require 30-45 days advance notice

Do you charge booking fees?

No! We do not charge booking fees for hotels, vacation credit bookings, or promotional packages. The price you see is the price you pay. Some properties may charge resort fees or taxes directly, which will be disclosed during booking.

Are there any restrictions for vacation booking credits?

Vacation booking credits are subject to availability and supplier terms. Additional fees may apply based on property and season. Each booking provides accommodation as specified by the supplier. Adventurer members receive 3 booking credits to use during their membership. Voyager members have unlimited booking credits as long as membership is maintained. All bookings are processed and fulfilled by third-party suppliers.

Can I use vacation booking credits to book hotels?

Hotel bookings and vacation credit bookings access different inventory through our platform. Hotels are booked directly at member rates, while vacation credits unlock access to discounted condo stays through our partner network. Each uses separate booking channels within our platform.

Promotional Packages

What are promotional vacation packages?

Promotional vacation packages offer deeply discounted resort stays in exchange for attending a brief sales presentation (typically 90-120 minutes). These packages provide exceptional value and are available exclusively to Adventurer and Voyager members.

Do I have to attend a sales presentation?

Yes, attendance at the sales presentation is mandatory for promotional packages. If you do not attend, you will be charged the resort's full rack rate with no refund of promotional fees paid.

Can Explorer (free) members book promotional packages?

No. Promotional packages are only available to paid members (Adventurer and Voyager tiers).

What happens if I cancel my membership but have promotional packages booked?

You can still use any promotional vacation packages that were booked prior to your cancellation.

Payment & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as debit cards, PayPal, other digital wallets, and Bitcoin. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

When will I be charged for my membership?

Your upfront membership fee is charged immediately upon signup. For Adventurer and Voyager members, monthly fees of $4.99 begin automatically 6 months after your purchase date and are billed on the same day each month as your original purchase.

Can I get a refund on my membership?

The upfront membership fee is non-refundable except as required by law or in cases of service errors. Monthly subscription fees are also non-refundable.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! We use industry-leading payment processor Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

What's the difference between Adventurer and Voyager for business use?

Both Adventurer and Voyager memberships allow personal and business use. Adventurer members can book travel for clients but must handle their own business tracking and invoicing. Voyager members get professional tools including a dedicated business dashboard, automated commission tracking, client management system, and enhanced affiliate commission rates. Think of Adventurer as "business-friendly" and Voyager as "business-optimized" with full professional features.

How does the travel agent business opportunity work for Voyager members?

Voyager members gain access to professional travel agent tools including a business dashboard, client management system, and the ability to earn affiliate commissions on bookings made for clients. You can operate your own travel business using our platform's technology and supplier relationships. All client travel payments are processed directly by suppliers, while you earn commissions through our affiliate program. This transforms your membership into a business opportunity while maintaining clear payment separation.

How do I update my profile information?
